How buying wholesale works
These are the terms Fine Caps prints on its own store. Everything on this site is priced the same way: per case of 12, with the price per hat alongside.
The terms
- Case
- 12 hats of one color or design. Every price is per case.
- Minimum order
- $250 per order, counted across every style and color.
- Shipping
- Available on orders over $250.
- Free shipping
- On orders over $500.
- Stock
- Sold-out colors are marked. For large orders, call the warehouse to confirm availability.
- Custom embroidery
- Available. Call the warehouse to ask about your logo.
Ordering, step by step
Pick your styles and colors
Open a style and add cases of each color you need. Each case is 12 hats of one color.
Reach the $250 minimum
The meter on each style page shows how close your order is to the minimum.

Orders over $250 ship; orders over $500 ship free. Call the warehouse with any question before a big order.
Common questions
Are prices per hat or per case?
Per case of 12 hats. Each style page also shows the price per hat.
Can I mix colors?
Yes. Each case is one color, and you can add cases of as many colors and styles as you need in one order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $250 per order, across every style and color you add.
Do you ship?
Orders over $250 ship, and orders over $500 ship free.
How do I check stock?
Colors that are sold out on the Fine Caps store are marked on each style page. For a large order, call the warehouse at (305) 324-1238.
